RESERVATION
All reservations are made by phone or email with the on-site manager. You may submit a request via email which is confirmed via email or phone. It is important to provide current and accurate contact information. Guests should not arrive on-site without prior contact from our manager and confirmation of booking.
MINIMUM STAY
We require a 2-night minimum stay.
PAYMENT
Credit card, check or cash are accepted at check-in. Keys are issued with the processing of payment during check-in.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND

- Guests who cancel their reservation more than 72-hours before their check-in date will not be charged any fees.
- Guests who cancel their reservation 72-hours or less will be responsible for the 1st day amount of the reservation, unless the unit is re-rented. If the unit is re-rented, the canceling guest will not be charged the 1st days rental.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OU
Check-in is between 3:00 - 8:00 pm. After 8:00 pm must be pre-approved. (call or email us for a possible early check-in the day before arrival.)

Sanitary Protocol
We follow the CDC and Health agency guidelines.
No PET
Animals and pets are not allowed on the property.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the units.
EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION
Should our guests encounter any malfunctioning equipment, including; appliances, electronics, plumbing, heating, or lighting, they should notify the on-site manager immediately. We will make every effort to remedy the issue and carry out reasonable repairs as quickly as possible.
